Petition of a naucleros (Jan. 28, 222 BC) Libys the nauklêros was held back by an accident and did not make it to the Thebaid, where he was to load his boat with wheat, which he was charged to carry for the fiscus. Now he asks to be allowed to load his ship with wheat from the Arsinoite Nome, which is closest. He ends by swearing a royal oath. The verso contains a summary of the petition.
