Administrative correspondence (A.D. 137) The text is written on the verso of P.Phil.11. It contains two columns, the second very mutilated. The three documents preserved in the first column are fragments of administrative correspondence between the epistrategus and an unspecified official. These extracts come from an apologismos epistolôn epistratêgou from the office of the author of the third letter.
