Contract of emphyteusis (AD 527-65) The monastery of Saint Phoibammon sells to the lawyer Phoibammon, on 'emphyteutic' lease, a cultivated field (psilon chorema, in contrast to built up land), with its dependencies, a cowshed and two kellia. The annual rent goes up to 19 keratia. On the verso, tachygraphic signs, similar to those which cover the verso of 67298. Belongs to the archive of Dioscoros.
