Letter from Hierokles to Zenon (23rd August, 256 B.C.) Hierokles announces that Kallikon has sent a slave to Herakleopolis on some business and that Ptolemaios has asked the slave to pass by Philadelphia in order that Zenon may buy and send him two himatia, which are said to be cheaper up the river than in Alexandria.
