Letter from Apollonios to Zenon (7th January 255 B.C.) Apollonios reminds Zenon that it is time to plant the vines and the olives and the other shoots. Zenon is therefore to send for a supply from Memphis and the other places and to give orders to begin planting. Apollonios promises to send him from the Alexandrian district more vine-shoots and whatever other sorts of fruit-trees may be useful.
