Long corn account
(250 B.C.)
The subject of the account is the expenditure of various different grains on the property of Apollonios. The lists and entries mention almost every kind of field-crop grown in Egypt at that time. The corn was given out for sowing, for wages, for the feeding of pigs and dogs, and various other purposes.
