Antichretic loan

(A.D. 44)

A contract drawn up in the form of sugchôrêsis, addressed to the archidikastes of Alexandria. One of the two parties is a Roman citizen, as it often happens in this type of documents. The object of the contract is an antichresis with right of habitation to cover the interest of the loan.
